This Lego Technic set is a 2 in one, where there are instructions to build the dune buggy & a tractor. I've built both, but not photographed the tractor. The buggy has independent front suspension & rack & pinion steering, and a V4 engine mounted in the rear that forms part of the rear suspension!

Yes I can see the family likeness there.
Odd choice of Lego to put a V4 in the back, have they made bits for a flat four boxer engine I wonder?
Are the models quite easy to motorise at this scale?

With plenty of parts I think you could make it a flat 4. The tractor only has a 2 pot inline engine strangely, plus both are only 1 wheel drive, but I adapted the axle set up so both rear wheels are the drive wheels. I think it would be dead easy to motorise this kit, using the drive cogs on the rear of the engine.
