I used T-Cut in the end to remove the overspray on the Alpine. I masked the area up so I didn't accidentally remove the silver stripe, and used cotton buds dipped in T-Cut, then buffed up with a cloth.

And another has arrived, via Lobster Diecast. A bit of an odd one as well. From the Simca Collection, a Talbot Arizona. A what you may ask??? Well, in the death throws of the Talbot brand, a new 5 door hatchback was being developed, using Horizon running gear and some Peugeot engines too. It was to be built in France and the UK at Ryton. At the 11th hour, just when the car was just about ready to be put into production, PSA ditched the Talbot brand, and re-named the car a Peugeot. One or two minor modifications were made to the styling, such as re-locating the rear numberplate to under the bumper, like the 205, but otherwise the car shared the new family look.

Yup it's a Peugeot 309.
