Digby's Mail Order

I actually have finally bought something from Digby's, and it wasn't as smooth as I would hope for a transaction. Even though I had changed my address on my account with them, they sent the models to my old addy, where some scrote signed for them. After a lot of umming and ah-ing, they replaced the models stolen, but I had to wait for one to come in stock, which was nigh on a month. Communication wasn't great from them at first, until I said I would chase them for my money back, and mention about their service on forums etc, they soon sorted the matter.

The models in question were the Altaya Solara and the Volvo 144 diorama.
