Altaya Renault 4 Nice Fire Engine

Picked this little beast up from Modelzone. its a Renault 4 Fourgonnett from the Altay Renault 4 collection, and was only £2.99 because the box lid had a huge crack in it...Model is fine, and nicely detailed. Note the plunth is made to look like a cobbled road...

Fabulous model and what a bargain. I bought a couple with cracked cases, but the didn't reduce the price.

Its a relatively new shop here, and it seems to be staffed by kids..Bless em. they seem to spend most of the time playing with remote controlled helecopters 7 cars..

We had a shop like that and all they did was play with a radio controlled helicopter to try and make you buy one, but they weren't kids. Never seen the fun of spending £500 on a flying model so you could crash it into the ground at the first opportunity.... Still, they did sell me a large collection of classic plastic kits at silly money, so I can't complain.
